Accessibility statement

Our target: WCAG 2.1 level AA on every guest, staff and owner screen.

What we do: large touch targets (at least 48 px), colour plus words (never colour alone), text contrast of at least 4.5:1, screen-reader labels on every button, visible focus, works with browser zoom up to 200%, and no time limits on ordering.

Not on a phone? A guest can always order with a waiter. Staff can enter every order for a guest.

Known gaps: [list from the automated check, e.g. "the tic-tac-toe game is not yet fully screen-reader friendly"]. We fix reported issues within [30 days].

Report a problem: [accessibility@ / support ticket]. In the UK this supports the Equality Act 2010 duty to make reasonable adjustments; in Ontario it follows the AODA web standard (WCAG 2.0 AA, required for organisations with 50+ staff).
